This is Tracey Seaward’s seventh collaboration with Stephen Frears, following their previous work together on the highly acclaimed Philomena (2013). Starring Judi Dench and Steve Coogan, Philomena won a BAFTA, and was nominated for three others, along with three Golden Globes and four Oscar® nominations. Seaward also produced Dirty Pretty Things (2002), Chéri (2009), Tamara Drewe (2010) and The Queen (2006) for which she won a BAFTA and an Oscar® nominations.
Her last assignment before Philomena was unique and memorable: producing Danny Boyle’s Isles of Wonder, the epic opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Seaward has worked with many distinguished directors including David Cronenberg, Eastern Promises (2007), Fernando Meirelles, The Constant Gardener (2005), Steven Spielberg, War Horse (2011), Danny Boyle Millions (2004) and Neil Jordan, The Good Thief (2002). Recent projects include Michael Grandage's debut film Genius (2016), with an all-star cast including Colin Firth, Nicole Kidman, Jude Law, Guy Pearce and Dominic West.
