A mother is hit by a rare condition and begins to rise gradually into the air. Her distraught husband and teenage daughter try everything to get her down, as they struggle to come to terms with her illness. As she floats ever higher above the city, what will become of her? Can she be stopped before she reaches the Kármán Line, the boundary with space?
