For companies

You've heard about AI.
You've probably tried some of it.
Something's missing.

You're not alone. Most companies experimenting with AI are not seeing it in their P&L. Pilots don't compound. Tools don't transform. The last mile requires something most companies don't have — and most investors don't bring.

Tell us about your business
What's different

We are not a bank. Not a consultancy. Not an AI vendor.

We Are Colony is an investor who brings capital, AI research and implementation capability, and a team that embeds inside your business — with equity at stake — until the numbers move.

We invest in companies where we can see the gap between current value and AI-enabled value. Companies in the right sectors, with solid fundamentals, that haven't yet made the transition — and that, with the right partner, could be growing faster and more profitably than they are today.

Capital that doesn't come with a seven-year exit clock

AI we've built ourselves — for specific business problems, not language tasks

A team that embeds in your business, not one that sends reports

On-premise compute where it saves money and protects data

Bank partnerships that build toward listing from day one of investment

The process

100 days. 12 months. The long game.

Before we invest

6–8 weeks

We conduct a rapid AI opportunity assessment — identifying where profit is being lost and where it can be built. This is not due diligence. It is a value-first blueprint, built before we invest, so that day one is the first day of transformation.

Days 1–100

First quarter

Our team embeds in your business. By day 31, the first production AI system is live. Not a pilot. We track one metric: impact on your P&L. The first 100 days are not a planning period. They are the beginning.

Months 4–12

Transformation

The transformation compounds. Second and third AI applications deploy. Workflows change. Roles evolve. The cost base or revenue line moves — usually both. Our team is in your business throughout.

Months 12–36

Value realised

A materially improved listed company with a re-rated share price — or a pre-listed company ready for its IPO, with governance in place, an institutional story built on real numbers, and bank relationships that have been warming for two years.

In practice

The technology changes by problem.
The outcome does not.

Investment fit

We are not right for every company.
Here is how to tell.

Yes, if...

  • Your business is profitable, or close to it — and should be significantly more so
  • You are in one of our ten sectors and see a clear AI opportunity you can't execute alone
  • You want capital and capability together — not one or the other
  • You have a medium-term ambition to list, or are already listed and want to re-rate
  • Your management team is open to genuine transformation, not just investment
?

Possibly, if...

  • Your business is just outside our ten sectors but a clear AI application exists
  • You're earlier-stage than our typical profile, but the opportunity is exceptional
  • You're looking for minority investment only — we can structure for that
×

Probably not, if...

  • Your business is pre-revenue or in significant operational distress
  • You're looking for a passive investor with no operational involvement
  • There's no credible path to listing in the medium term
